We would rather you rang than guessed. If a flashing is wrong, if a lead time has slipped, or if the shape you need is not on the site, this is the quickest way to sort it out.
If it is about an order
Have your reference to hand — it looks like FF-3K7Q2M4A and it is at the top of your confirmation email, next to the amount you paid. With it we can see exactly what you ordered, the drawing you approved and where it has got to.
If a flashing has arrived damaged or does not match the drawing, photograph it before you unwrap the rest and email the picture. It is almost always the fastest route to a replacement.
If you want something we do not list
The shapes on the site are the common ones, not the limit of what the works can make. — a photograph of a sketch on the back of an envelope is genuinely enough — or ring and describe it.
